Deliveries & Returns
Once we have received payment for your order, we usually ship your candles within 3 to 4 working days. Delivery times then depend on the postal services, in particular BPost, and may vary depending on the destination country. Delivery times should not exceed 10 calendar days from the day after confirmation of your payment.
Right of withdrawal (for individuals)
In accordance with Belgian law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of your order, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the product(s) by email to pomonecollection@gmail.com within this 14-day period. You then have 14 days to return the product(s) to us at the following address:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, complete, and with all labels intact. Personalised, custom-made, or opened products cannot be returned.
Returns due to defects, errors, or damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event of a defective or damaged product, or a delivery error, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt by email with a detailed description and photos of the problem. If the return is accepted, Pomone Collection SRL will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange, refund or credit note, as appropriate.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be made via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
